Food Safety & Returns

Due to the nature of pet food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened food items. This policy helps ensure the safety and quality of all products we provide.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address]. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging, and we will work to make it right.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If your dog doesn't love their purchase, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. While we cannot accept returns of opened food products, we may offer a replacement product, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Unopened Products

Unopened, unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
